Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Postly, a social media scheduling and publishing service operated by Greentree ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Postly, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

Connected social accounts

You may only connect accounts and Pages that you own or are authorized to manage. When you schedule or publish a post, you instruct us to publish it to the accounts you selected at the time you chose. You must also follow the rules of each platform, including the Facebook Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok Terms of Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create and upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the service, for example to publish it to the platforms you choose. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Postly to:

• publish spam, misleading, illegal, hateful or infringing content;
• access accounts you are not authorized to manage;
• break platform rules, rate limits or automation policies;
• interfere with, probe or reverse engineer the service, or overload it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Service availability

We work to keep Postly reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every post will be published at the exact scheduled time. Social platforms may change their APIs, reject posts, limit how often you can post, or revoke access. Always check important posts after they go live.

Fees

Postly is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to subscribe.

Ending your account

You can stop using Postly and ask us to delete your account at any time; see Data deletion. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious misuse.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for actions taken by social platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 1,000 THB if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Postly after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
