Data deletion instructions

You can remove Postly's access to your social accounts, or delete your Postly account and all of its data, at any time.

Disconnect a social account

1. Sign in to Postly and open Channels.
2. Select Disconnect next to the account, then confirm.

The access tokens for that account are deleted from our systems immediately. You can also remove access from the platform itself:

• Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Postly.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Postly.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Postly.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Delete your Postly account and data

1. Email support@greentree-postly.space from the email address you use with Postly, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We confirm your request by replying to that email.
3. Within 30 days we permanently delete your account, posts, ideas, uploaded media, connected accounts and their tokens, and publishing history, and email you when it is done.

Posts already published to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok stay on those platforms. Delete them there if you want them removed.
